Chalfont, Shrewsbury [sold by order of the executors] comprising Chinese porcelain with underglaze blue and enamelled decoration, of the reigns of Hsuan Te, Ch'eng Hua, Chia Ching and Wan Li, famille verte and famille rose porcelain including fine imperial and egg-shell porcelain, porcelain with monochrome glazes, small fulien and Ch'ing-Te Chen wares for the writing table including inscribed pieces and others with secret decoration also a superb series of jade carvings, notable for their brilliant colour and carving, choice Fabergé mounted bowls and cups formerly in the Russian Imperial collection and scent bottles in various hardstones and glass which will be sold by auction by Messrs.
