The Sir Edward Coates collections. Catalogue of the first portion of the famous Gardner collection of engravings, drawings, broadsides, &c., illustrating the topographical, architectural and social history of London and its environs from the earliest to the present times, formed by the late John Edmund Gardner, Esq., at whose death it was inherited by his son, from whom it was purchased en bloc, in the year 1910, by the late Major Sir Edward Coates, Bt., M.P., which will be sold by auction by Messrs.
